Prof. Seema Mahajan is the Pro Vice Chancellor of NMIMS University and the Founding Dean and Director of the Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management (PDSE & FBM), NMIMS.

She has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and institutionalizing entrepreneurship and family business education at NMIMS. As the founding academic leader of PDSE & FBM, she has been instrumental in building the School from its inception into a leading centre for entrepreneurship and family enterprise education, offering multiple full-time programs and nurturing a strong and diverse alumni community.

Prof. Mahajan is widely recognized as a pioneer in family business, entrepreneurship, and innovation-led education. Her academic vision emphasizes the integration of theory with practice, ensuring that students are industry-ready and socially responsible leaders.
